These are intended for existing club and representative level players between the ages of 8 and 14. Players will be grouped by age and skill level. These are open to both boys and girls.

SHOOTING AND BALLHANDLING CLINIC

SEPTEMBER 29th

A specialist full day clinic designed to improve your ballhandling & shooting.

Suitable for 8 to 14 year old club players. Players will be grouped by age and skill level. These are open to both boys and girls.

Cost: $50

This clinic will briefly cover ballhandling and dribbling revision and skillwork and will then mainly focus on shooting.

Clinic will include:

• Advanced ballhandling drills.
• Protecting the dribble.
• Basic Shooting fundamentals
• Shooting off the dribble
• Beating a defender & shooting under pressure
• Practice drills for self training.
• Shooting games, contests & challenges.

Time: 9:00am to 3:00pm.

ADVANCED REP PROGRAM - Will BE HELD IN JANUARY

A full day advanced ballhandling & shooting clinic for elite level players. Suitable for rep players 12 to 18. Will include Elite NBA style drills as conducted at IMPACT ACADEMY,USA.

Players will be grouped by age and skill level. These are open to both boys and girls.

Cost: $60

Clinic will include:

• Advanced ballhandling drills.
• Protecting the dribble.
• Combination agility, dribbling & shooting drills.
• Shooting off the dribble
• Beating a defender & shooting under pressure
• Practice drills for self training.
• NBA style drills from Impact Academy USA.

Time: 9:00am to 3:00pm.
